Highly Recommended Silver based Brazing Paste
Silver Base Brazing Paste Application
Silver brazing is a joining process whereby a non-ferrous filler metal, alloy is heated to melting temperature (above 800°F) and distributed between two or more close-fitting parts by capillary attraction.
The main components of silver brazing paste include silver powder, welding agent and auxiliaries. Silver powder is a key component that provides electrical and thermal conductivity, which is able to fill the voids of brazed spots and melt at high temperatures. The welding agent is used to clean and remove the oxide layer and promote the connection of the brazed points. The role of additives is to improve welding quality, reduce oxidation and enhance the strength and reliability of brazed connections.
Applicable to silver, silver and copper and copper alloys; Low carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, high temperature nickel base alloy, refractory metal and all kinds of electric contact materials brazing.
